REVIEW OF EXISTING INFORMATION, COMPLEMENTATION, ASSESSMENT AND SUPPORT IN THE AREA OF TUNNELS AND SUBWAY WORKS TO THE COMPANY ICEIN IN THE BIDDING PROCESSES BEFORE THE NATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE AGENCY IN THE PROJECT CORRIDOR 3 VILLAVICENCIO - ARAUCA, SECTOR 3.4 TRANSVERSAL DEL SISGA. Unión Temporal Euroestudios, Durán & Osorio and Deloitte have awarded us the contract corresponding to Group 3 East Orient, Corridors. (1) East Perimeter Cundinamarca, (2) Bogotá-Villavicencio (Sectors 1 and 3), (3) Villavicencio-Arauca, including the Sisga Transversal, Sector (Chocontá-Aguaclara), (4) Meta Road Network (5) Arimena-Puerto Carreño Bridge.

On March 31, 2014, an additional agreement was signed for the study of the following road sections: Sector 3.4 Sisga Transversal, Sector 2.1 Bogotá - El Tablón and Sector 3.1 Villavicencio - Yopal, including the Cumaral and Yopal By-passes.

The activities required for the development of the contract include the following activities: The corroboration of the Intervention Plan proposed in the terms of reference where the study will be confirmed to define the type of intervention in each corridor according to demand, safety and existing infrastructure. The realization and completion of studies and designs for concessions, technical studies, risk analysis and technical, financial and legal structuring for the different corridors and the preparation of their respective audits. Including the preparation of bidding documents, promotion of the bids and tenders and accompaniment during the selection process until the signing of the public-private partnership contract and financial closing, for the projects that will be tendered in the following corrid.

Geographic territorial environment where the corridors are implemented is:

• Eastern Sector of the Department Cundinamarca.
• Southern Sector of the Department of Boyacá.
• Department of Arauca.
• Department of Casanare.
• Department of Meta.
